1 General Terms

By accessing the 77uk platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this platform.

In this document, "77uk", "we", "platform" or "site" refers to 77uk.lat. "User", "member" or "you" refers to any person registered on the platform or using its services.

These terms are written in Bengali and apply to players in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

When opening an account with 77uk, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or misleading information is an offence, and 77uk reserves the right to close the account in such cases.

3.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.3 Security Responsibility

• It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential.
• You must not allow anyone else to use your account.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
• All transactions made from your account will be considered your own.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

4.2 Limits & Processing Times

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour

4.3 Verification

Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. To prevent fraud and ensure secure transactions, 77uk may request additional identity verification if needed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total playing balance of ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳16,000 or more → maximum ৳15,000 bonus → total playing balance of ৳31,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing bonus winnings, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before withdrawing. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit.

5.3 Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be used within a set period — expired bonuses will be considered void.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Only one promotion can be used at a time.
• If a deposit is refunded after a bonus has been received, the bonus will be forfeited.
• 77uk reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on the 77uk platform are operated by world-class providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, and JILI. Each game provider's own rules apply.

6.2 Sports Betting

• For sports betting, the rules of the designated market apply separately for each event.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 77uk reserves the right to void that bet.
• Cricket — betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other formats.

6.3 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. It is entirely the user's responsibility to carefully verify all information before placing a bet.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77uk platform:

• Using an account as a minor or on behalf of another person
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform or hacking
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses
• Using robots, bots or automated software for betting
• Registering using a false identity
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Conducting coordinated activities against the platform

8 Liability & Limitations

77uk always strives to provide a safe, reliable and uninterrupted service. However, 77uk accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss of bets due to internet disconnection or technical errors
• Issues caused by your own device or network
• Failure to maintain account security resulting from your own negligence
• Consequences of violating the legal restrictions applicable in your country
• Issues arising from third-party payment providers

9 Privacy & Data Protection

• Violation of these terms
• Evidence of fraud or deception
• Registration as a minor
